The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article after concerns were raised about apparent similarity in Western blots presented for different proteins, specifically potential re-use of the same blot image for CTBP2 and GAPDH in Figure 4B and cyclin D1 and CDK4 in Figure 7a. Authors did not respond to request for original data or ethics approval. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the integrity of the data in this article.
